He, also, had to have a minimum of 5 years at a Ford dealership. This month, Matt Alley received his annual award for retaining his Senior Master Tech status. Senior Master Tech status is retained by taking new training and electives each year. This takes hard work and dedication. Matt has been a Senior Master Tech since 2017.
